Hey divas! I know it’s been a long time since I posted, and I have practically gone MIA in the blogosphere. With that being said, I am committing to cranking out more blog posts on a consistent basis.
Since I have placed myself on an indefinite no-buy (mainly because of my excessive eye shadow stash), I have decided to take inventory of my items and have a randomized app choose my eye shadows for the week. The first pick for my POTW is the BH Cosmetics Baked and Beautiful Palette.
This is a look I put together and it’s perfect for work or play.
Top row from left to right:
ELF Studio Foundation Palette in Medium/Dark
ELF Studio Contour Palette
BH Cosmetics Professional Blush Palette
ELF Studio High Definition Under eye Powder in Translucent
ELF Essential Liquid Lipstick in Maple Sugar
ELF Matte Lip Color in Praline
Bottom row (l to r)
ELF Essential Glitter Eye Primer
ELF Essential Brightening Eye Liner in Black
ELF Essential Liquid Liner in Black
Elf Mineral Mascara in Black
Elf STUDIO Mascara Primer in Clear
BH Cosmetics Flawless Brow Trio in Dark
Wet n Wild Color Icon Eyeshadow Collection in Comfort Zone
ELF Studio 100 pc Eye shadow Palette
ELF Mineral Infused Face Primer in Clear
I started off with applying my face primer and used the lightest shade in my foundation palette as an undereye concealer. I topped that off with my undereye setting powder. After I applied my eye makeup, I applied the peachy brown shade in my Professional blush palette on my cheeks.
First, I started my eye look with my brows. I lightly applied the brow wax and topped it off with the medium brown brow powder. I then applied my eye primer, and proceeded with the last shade in the 3rd row of my Elf eye shadow palette as my transition shade. I applied it right outside my outer v and swept it right above my crease with my eye definer brush. Then I took my blending brush and blended it out. On my eyelid, I used the definer shade in the right side of my Comfort Zone palette and swept it all the way up to my transition color with my C eyeshadow brush. After I blended out my lid and crease color, I then used the definer shade on the left side of the palette in my outer v, and blended. I took the 5th shade in the 2nd row of my ELF palette and applied it to my browbone. I finished my shadow application with the browbone shade on the right side of the Comfort Zone palette as a browbone highlight. I then lined my top eyelid with my ELF Liquid liner, and lined the bottom with my pencil liner. I finished with an coat of mascara primer, topped off with mascara.
I lined and filled in my lips with the Matte Lip Color and topped it off with an light application of the liquid lipstick.
I hoped y’all enjoyed this tutorial, and I see you next time on my spot of the blogosphere. Happy Primping, dolls!
Hey, Divas and Divons, have I got a fabulous product for you to lust over today? This product right here has elevated my temperature ever since I first saw the swatches on that glossy page and I could not shake it until it became a part of my makeup stash. Boasting metallic greens, blues, white and black with blue glitter, this palette is right up my alley given my fondness for vampy, smoky eyes.
Now that I blabbered on enough about this palette, it’s time for me to bless you with the visuals

Swatches from left to right:
1. Light Olive
2. Leaf Green
3. Hunter Green
Here’s an eye look that I created using shades 2 on the inner lid and crease, 3 on the outer lid and crease, and 9 on the outer V.
Since the individual shades are not named, I listed the exact colors here. The only downside to this pallet is that the black swatches and applies kind of patchy but other than this palette is a winner. This palette retails for $16 and can be purchased on my Avon and Mark e-store or http://www.Avon.com. Happy primping dolls, and I’ll see you next time on my little corner of the web.
Hello my name is Jacqueline, and this is my blog dedicated to my love of cosmetics. I’m not just going to be talking about makeup here,I’m going to talk about beauty products too. I love all classes of products, however my main focus is going to be on the low price products because I am a poor beauty addict and I cannot afford high price products. Notice I did not say high end=high quality, beacuse there are some low price products that are either on par or exceeds high price products in terms of quality, color, and design. Now for all you fellow beauty addicts who love to see high price products they will be featured on my lust list, because even though I love a good bargain I have high end product cravings too. I will do reviews, swatches, and when I do a haul I will feature that too. I hope that my blog will be helpful and informative. Happy primping, beauty lovers.
